Please be aware that we will be conducting an infrastructure upgrade on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. This upgrade is estimated to take 6 hours*. It is a necessary step to improve the MAKERS platform's reliability and enable some future enhancements.

Meaning for You

During this scheduled maintenance period, there will be downtime on all services.

Make sure you have saved your documents to the cloud before the beginning of the operation.

During this scheduled maintenance period:

• You will be unable to log into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

• SOLIDWORKS xDesign will be unavailable.

• SOLIDWORKS Design will be available in Offline Mode. See Working during platform updates for details. The maintenance will not require any update to your SOLIDWORKS Design installation.
