What to expect after the update

The first time you launch SOLIDWORKS Connected after the update, you will be prompted to update the 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher, followed by SOLIDWORKS Connected. You will have two weeks (until March 22nd) to perform the update. Starting on March 23rd, the update will become mandatory in order to continue launching SOLIDWORKS Connected.**

The 3DEXPERIENCE platform access URL will remain the same.

From the Compass, click on the app context menu to display the currently installed version. A red update icon indicates that an update is required. A green update icon indicates that a supplemental update is available to install at any time.
