During this scheduled maintenance period there will be a downtime on all services following the execution schedule below.

Make sure you have saved your documents on the cloud before the beginning of the operation.

Post Update Actions

Discover our new features by updating your installed apps**.

The first time you launch SOLIDWORKS Connected after the update, you will be prompted to update the 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher followed by SOLIDWORKS Connected. The update will be mandatory in order to continue launching SOLIDWORKS Connected.**


The 3DEXPERIENCE platform access URL will remain the same.

From the Compass, click on the app context menu to display the currently installed version. A red download icon indicates that an update is required. A green download icon indicates that a supplemental update is available to install at any time.
