If you plan to work in SOLIDWORKS Connected using Offline Mode with internet connection during the R2022x FD04 platform update on October 12, please review this notice:

Please take one of these actions:

a) Before the R2022x FD04 platform update on October 12, return from Offline Mode.

- or -

b) Before the R2022x FD04 platform update on October 12, update SOLIDWORKS Connected to HotFix 3.9** which is available today.

- or -

c) After the R2022x FD04 platform update on October 12, update SOLIDWORKS Connected to FD04 (Hotfix 4.x)**.

**To update SOLIDWORKS Connected:

1. Log in to your makers platform.
2. Click the Compass.
3. Expand the context menu next to SOLIDWORKS Connected.
4. Click the download icon to run the update to HF3.9 (or HF4.x when available).

Unless you take one of the above actions, launching SOLIDWORKS Connected in Offline Mode after the R2022x FD04 update will display the message: “SOLIDWORKS Connected must be opened from the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform or from the desktop shortcut created from the Platform. Do you want to go to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform?”

If you do not use Offline Mode, then you can skip HotFix 3.9.
