[Enhancements for Makers] My Account

Based on your input in this MAKERS | Support community, we have created a new site called My Account.

My Account: go.3ds.com/account

Previously, if your subscription expired and you could no longer access your MAKERS platform, you had to ask a question in this MAKERS | Support community or submit an Online Support Form to have someone assist you.

Now, you can check your subscription status on your own using My Account.

 

From My Account, you can do the following:

  • Access your MAKERS platform
  • Manage your subscription, including stopping renewal or restarting subscription
  • View your order history
  • Download your invoice
  • Find video tutorials, inspiration and support resources
  • Change your payment method
  • Check whether your subscription is expired
