With the R2023x FD02 update to the MAKERS platform on May 17, you will be able to delete and change the maturity state of Toolbox and PartSupply components using ENOVIA's 'Collaborative Lifecycle' application.

The below workflow video indicates a use case for a toolbox component which is replaced and no longer required and thus deleted from the 3DSpace.
