Did you know that you can take measurements directly in your experience and share them as mark-ups with your teammates?

During a collaborative review, you may want to highlight specific locations that everyone needs to be aware of in terms of dimensions. Instead of having each person take their own measurements, a saved measurement is a simple way to focus everyone’s attention on the discussion at hand.

You are already familiar with making measurements within the virtual twin of your territory (height, distance, horizontal plane area). By default, these measurements are generated in the “Temporary items” group, where all items are transient and will not be retained after a refresh.

How to save these measurements like mark-ups ?

Before you deactivate the measure tool, simply click-and-drag your measurement item out of the “Temporary items” group and organize it in the list as desired. Most importantly, remember to save your experience!

After refreshing, or loading, both you and your collaborators will be able to see the measurement mark-ups.
