Meet @TK GEOVIA Industry Process Expert Senior Specialist and volunteer of the 3DS WIN program.

1/ Can you describe your journey at 3DS in a few words?
As a geologist, I have been part of the Dassault Systèmes team for over 11 years. I work with a highly skilled network to develop, implement and support technological solutions that model and simulate our planet to improve predictability, efficiency, safety and sustainability of our natural resources.

2/ What does gender equality mean to you?
To me, gender equality in the workplace means ALL individuals are valued equally, presented with opportunities and outcomes based on personal merit. By honoring and respecting our diverse backgrounds, we can build a supportive and inclusive workplace that brings together different perspectives to foster innovation and growth.

3/ How are you involved in the 3DS WIN program?
Proudly leading the 3DS WIN Toronto (Canada) chapter, we have evolved to engage and empower women through virtual initiatives and promote diversity and inclusion in our meetings, webinars, campaigns and workshops.
