Sometimes, when an administrator invites a new user to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, if the 3DSwym server is not already open and the user tries to create his 3DPassport to access the 3DDashboard, an error occurs.
In addition to dashboard access being unavailable, the user also may experience problems accessing 3DSpace, as seen below.

These errors occur because 3DSwym is not open, so the user account is not created at 3DSwym, and is not synced well through all the 3DEXPERIENCE services.
To solve this issue:
Open all the 3DEXPERIENCE services (3DSwym, 3DComment, 3DNotification …) and run the script below (fill password according your environment)
/usr/DassaultSystemes/R2021x/3DSpace/scripts/OnPremisesSynchroUser.sh -login admin_platform -pwd admin_platform
The script will synchronize users in 3DPassport, 3DSpace and 3DSwym.
Problem solved
Since the issue is caused by 3DSwym Server not open, so we need to ensure all the service is open at all the time.
