You can automatically calculate the price of a sourced item in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using the Unit Price Formula!
Once the RFQ template is 'Released', the formula becomes visible.

How?

The Unit Price Formula is defined at the RFQ Template level. It’s built using attributes from two predefined out-of-the-box attribute groups:

• Recurring Cost: Taxes, Packaging, Production
• Recurring Cost: Logistics

When at least one of these attribute groups is added to the template, all of its attributes are automatically included in the formula — no manual setup required.
