When using the RFX Manager role to send RFQs to suppliers, suppliers can choose not to bid on one or more line Items.

As a buyer, you can control whether your RFQ 'response' view displays:

• Only line items with valid bids, or

• All RFQ responses, including those marked as No Bid.

How?

By default, the system displays only line Items with bids.

To display all RFQ responses, including those with No Bid:

1. Go to the RFQ Responses tab.

2. Click the Filter menu in the toolbar.

3. Select 'All'.

This allows you to see the complete supplier response picture before making your evaluation decisions.
