You can enable the support of Electronic Signature (ESIGN) for task approval processes?
The authentication is handled through 3DPassport, using the User Name and Password.

How?

Use the ‘E-Signature Management Operation’ setting, to configure the ESIGN. 

The setting is available in the 'Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center' web app under the 'Route Management' setting. 

Three options are available: 

• Not required for approval tasks (default) - ESIGN is not implemented at all, and therefore not required when completing approval tasks.
• Required for approval tasks – all approval tasks require ESIGN authentication.

• Specified in route template – ESIGN is applied only on selected Approval Routes (if set in the Route Template)
