​​​​​​​The default behavior of 3DSearch returns all revisions of objects that match the search criteria. There are two ways to configure 3DSearch so that it only returns the latest revision.

1. Local Setting Per User

In the search results panel, a user can navigate to the Actions->Settings->General menu to configure “Search results revisions” to return “All Revisions,” “Latest” or “Latest Per State.”

2. Global Setting for All Users

In the Search tab of the Platform Management dashboard, an administrator can configure “Search results revisions” to return “All Revisions,” “Latest” or “Latest Per State”. This is a global setting that applies to all searches, for all users.
