The “Supplier Network Manager” is a new role that was first introduced in R2022x FD01 release, on Cloud only.
This role helps sourcing and supplier managers to establish a centralized supplier network that will increase their sourcing processes quality.
This role contains a single application “Supply Network Management” that provides the following capabilities:
- Filter the list of supplier and navigate through that list
- Browse available suppliers on the world map based on their address
- Create suppliers and manage their information
- Define the relationship between your company the supplier
- Define the validity of the support through effectivity dates
This role first GA release on Cloud is focused on providing supplier description for the Component Management and Standardization sub-domains.
