I have a case where role/license assignment is not working for a user. The platform is recognizing that the user's email address is tied to a 3dx account but the role assignments are stuck in a pending state ( the hour glass is shown next to assigned CSV role ) 

Has anyone run into this before? have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
