I love the integration of the Risk tools, certainly within the Project Management Role.

However, when creating a risk, with a risk strategy Avoid, I'm unable to create from this risk - risk mitigation actions.

How can these be directly created in the Risk?

or

Should I create separate actions and associate them to the risk?

If these actions are associated, how can I retrieve them within this risk view, and assure that we are working on this?
