Relations tree within Product Explorer and Product Structure Editor

We have a very useful enhancement in 2022xFD04 to Product Explorer and Product Structure Editor applications that allows the user to see additional relations within the data structure on the table.--Product Explorer application is available through the Collaborative Industry Innovator (CSV) role and the Product Structure Editor application is available through the 3D Product Architect (PAU) role.

  • Right-Mouse-Click on the table header allows the user to select "Show Relations":
  • User will able to expand each item to see the additional "Relations" node for each item in the tree.  The data that are shown under the "Relations" node are based on the patterns defined for the "Relations Set" that is defaulted for the application (...More on "Relations Set" later...and NOTE: that the "Relations" node is only shown if there data available).  Notice that additional columns can be added to the table to show the data available for each item.  We can see from the example below by hovering the mouse that we have two Realized Changes for the first item in the structure.--We can confirm this with the expands of the "Relations" node to see two Change Actions.
    • Each application (Product Explorer, Product Structure Editor, etc.) has its default "Relation Set" as described in the "Relations Control Center to Create/Edit Relations Sets" post (https://r1132100503382-eu1-3dswym.3dexperience.3ds.com/#community:38/post:ivE7cOCbQ7WzzPBzeMsgag)
    • All screenshots are showing a custom defaulted "Relations Set" for the application as described from the post above.
    • The first 10 patterns of the defined "Relations Set" are available as columns to show the check-mark if there are data available.
  • Clicking on the check-mark will open the side panel on the Relations tab with the defaulted "Relations Set" of the application and automatically expanded to the relation corresponding to the check-mark column.
