Hello Enovia community!
We have been working within the on cloud Enovia portfolio for over 1.5 years now. Today we are around 130 users in our tenant. We use the UES connector (design with SolidWorks) between SolidWorks and 3Dx.
Many of our users are experiencing random/sporadic issues in the system.
For instance: sometimes some assemblies can’t be saved by some users to the platform, if they try multiple times, it suddenly works, or if they wait a day or two it usually works.
These issues are very frustrating and annoying… We are heavily investigating this to find an explanation to the randomness.
To isolate these problems, I would appreciate inputs from other users with the same or similar setup.
