The Bookmark Editor allows you to conveniently organize your documents and other data into a hierarchy of folders and subfolders.

With the Bookmark Editor widget in R2021x FD07 you can now upload entire folder structures and their files directly from your computer. This is tremendously powerful enhancement simplifies and speeds up the process of creating a folder hierarchy with its content in the Bookmark Editor widget. This enhancement is available on cloud.

Please note that there are limitations to the number of folders and files that can be uploaded. The number of folders is currently limited to 125 and the number of files is currently limited to 250.

You initiate the upload process with the Upload Folder command from the action bar.

You then select the folder on your computer you want to upload, and the platform will prompt you to confirm the action.

The platform will then summarize the number of folders and files to be uploaded, the amount of data, and the destination bookmark and collaborative space.

The platform displays the progress during the upload process and upon completion will show the results of the upload operation.

If errors are encountered during the upload process you will see an error message identifying which folders or files failed as shown in this image.

Upon completion of a successful upload operation your folder structure and its file content exist in the Bookmark Editor widget.
