Power of Zero takes hold in Korea

Spreading the "Power of Zero" message in Korea

In April of 2014, ENOVIA’s Ramesh Haldorai (VP UX) and Ron Close (Marketing Director) met with customers and the press to share the benefits that ENOVIA customers are deriving by focusing on business objectives and leveraging the generational changes that the 3DEXPERIENCE® Platform delivers.  The messages delivered resonated with the Korean press and as a result, "The Power of Zero" and the data driven architecture was cited in several key articles.

Fast forward to September 23 in Seoul, where the Korea Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy is hosting the International Conference on Industry Convergence.  Industry Convergence in Korea is more than a slogan; it is a government program targeted at helping Korean companies excel as technology and business practices advance.  The organizers learned about Dassault Systèmes from the positive articles published in April, and as a result, Dassault Systèmes was honored with an invitation to present a special lecture to an esteemed audience of senior executives, academia and government officials.

The presentation (delivered by Ron Close) outlined the transformation from the development of products to the creation of experiences.   Ron described how six business drivers (Strategic Customer Relationships, Product Planning and Programs, Global Product Development, Quality and Compliance, Strategic Supplier Relationships and IP Classification and Security) contribute to improvements in profit margins.  He shared how two Generational Changes (Data Driven Architecture and Creating Experiences) are enabling companies to achieve their goals.  Most important, stories of successful ENOVIA customers reinforced the messages with tangible proof points.

We’re honored to have participated in this prestigious event and look forward to working with our valued customers in the pursuit of business excellence.
