I'll try to simplify my problem and questions as much as possible, please see attached for example

Basically, I have Cylindrical Component "A" (wrap cut-slot along the cylinder) that mates with a center Pin "B" that follows along as "A" rotates. "A" has a Y axis 180 degree rotation limit mate. "B" has a to Y axis distance Limit and a Y axis 90 degree Rotation Limit mate. 

the desire mechanical movement: to have "A" rotate full 180 degree and "B" follow the Warp Slot travelling up and down Y axis, and make a 90 degree rotation. 

My issues are:

-I cannot figure a way to path mate the A and B together without interfering other basic mates.

-I am unable to successfully create a proper 3D Sketch for path mate with this warp cut-slot. How do I make a proper path for this design?
