From the moment an issue is documented until it is resolved, it's important that all stakeholders have complete traceability and real-time access to all the relevant information. This includes traceability of issue details, impacted objects, context, key documents, stakeholder’s information, and communication history.

The ENOVIA Issue Management application, available with the Collaborative Industry Innovator (CSV) role allows you to do all that. You can document concerns, provide contextual insights, assign issues to the right stakeholders, and ensure full traceability throughout the resolution process.
