**When we put the A Released data in the Proposed Changes field of the Change Action and start the Change Action, the B InWork data is automatically generated in the system and reflected in the Realized Change field.

The revision B of some data in the system has been taken manually. But my purpose is to automatically generate B InWork data with Change Action of the same data. Therefore I deleted the B revisions of these data from the system. Then I created a Change Action. I added the data that only shows A Released status in the system to the CA. However, when I started the change process, I saw that the B Inwork data was not created automatically in the Realized Change field. I see this field empty. 

Why was the B Inwork data not created automatically? What kind of path should I watch?
