For cloud tenants/customers, the out of the box Maturity Graph for CAD data prevents you from demoting released data to any prior state. The following post will demonstrate how to modify the graph to allow a demotion from Release to Frozen state.

With administrative privileges on a cloud tenant, simply navigate to 'Platform Management Dashboard' and then to the 'Content' tab. Click on 'Maturity Graph'.Then, simply click on the 'Released' dot on the bottom while holding the mouse, and drag to 'Frozen' dot. Click 'Apply' for the changes to take affect.
