i had an Entrepeneur copy of solid works but closed my business last year. i subscribed to the maker version months ago. i am told my subscription information is good, have purged my browser logs and deleted everything solid works from my computer. i still get a message when i try to start the online program that i do not have permission. i thought to unsubscribe and try subscribing with a different email for username but i can't even get far enough to unsubscribe. help?
