Hi All,

I am experiencing issues with my Office apps. When I try to directly edit or open files using the widget, the status identifier keeps hanging and eventually shows an error message stating that it is unable to open the file.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Checked different browsers
• Reviewed and adjusted settings
• Attempted to create new documents

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?
