Recently, the ENOVIA team began a cross-brand initiative to provide in-depth overviews of the various ENOVIA product offerings and roles with other brands. I have been responsible for the planning and coordination of these various training sessions and I thought this presentation on Product Portfolio Planning (led by Christopher Doherty) is particularly valuable for all users.
NOTE: This demonstration shows some of our new apps and widgets supporting Product Portfolio Planning. The example depicts an imaginary car company that has different lines of vehicles. The intent is to walk through the scenario of an existing product line & product that the imaginary company offers and understand how/why the company defined their product in a specific format. We explore how the company can evolve their products to introduce new capabilities or sunset old capabilities.
