📜How to create and edit Office Document in the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform?

🚀Recently, we have been able to add a new media to our posts, conversations or 3DDrive. We are talking about Office documents (text, presentation or table).

It is important to note that this function is only available on the Cloud, and that the administrator of your tenant must activate the option via the administration dashboard.



1️⃣ Create your Office Document

An office Document can be created from several app: 3DSwym and 3DDrive

2️⃣Edit your Office Document

To edit your Office Document you need to use the edit button:

The document appears in Edit mode, you can start editing it. The document is saved as you edit. 

The ultimate power of editing comes from editing in real time with several people. You can therefore follow the changes made by your colleagues on the spot. In the upper right corner you will find the number of people and the editors.
