When working with ENOVIA, a lot of useful knowledge tends to exist outside the core project environment: technical documentation, supplier information, industry articles, tutorials, and other web resources.
I’m interested in how other ENOVIA users organize these external references. Do you maintain a structured library of links and supporting materials, attach them directly to relevant project records, or rely mainly on internal documentation?
I’ve also been looking at how specialized resources become discoverable on the wider web. For example, while researching website visibility and online publishing, I came across Tier1.shop as one resource in the SEO space. It made me think about the broader issue of keeping external sources organized and easy to find when they relate to ongoing projects.
What approach works best for your team when external web resources need to remain accessible alongside ENOVIA-managed information?
