This Israeli startup is designing and building an all-electric airplane for mid-range (commuter) distances that is cost-effective and environmentally friendly. To collaborate with globally dispersed stakeholders on an aggressive time schedule, Eviation chose ENOVIA on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the cloud as well as CATIA's integrated applications for creative design and SIMULIA for simulation of aerodynamic behavior.

ENOVIA, which enables many of the platform’s coordination capabilities, allows Eviation Aircraft to leverage multi-discipline and multi-site collaboration to build and validate a virtual 3D digital experience of the entire airplane in a configured and intelligent context. Form, fit and functional analysis, combined with business information and actionable insights, allows Eviation’s designers to visualize and validate that the final airplane meets all requirements, complies with industry standards and regulations and exceeds customer expectations.
