The list of features and capabilities of the Enterprise Integration Framework (EIF) is rapidly expanding. With the release of 22x.FD03 on public cloud the ability to import some xCAD data structures directly into the platform has been introduced.  Import operations do not require any credits and are enabled by the Enterprise IP Integration Manager (XXH) role.

Currently the import service fully supports CATIA V5 data types and standalone SolidWorks part (sldprt) data with multiple configurations.  Full support for SolidWorks along with additional xCAD data types will be coming in future releases.
