When I want to add a person to into approval list of a change action, I create a change action (1st picture below) and add that person. Normally I get only one search result as shown in 2nd picture below and add it to approver list. No problem till here. But for one person, I get additional 210 person in search results. (including the one I searched for) (3rd picture below) It should be only one. This confuses user. What can be the reason? (Normally I should get only one result)
