User experience actions related to updating Project Tasks and Project Meetings are relevant only for Project Manager/Project Team Member (DPM/DPJ) roles, while the rest of the capabilities are available for users of any app on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform that includes the ENOVIA Collaboration For Microsoft.
