The ENOVIA Collaboration For Microsoft has been packaged along with other apps on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for the past few releases. Now, Project Managers, Project Team Members, Product Architects and other roles can use the ENOVIA Collaboration For Microsoft as part of their daily user experience on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, without having to purchase licenses for the Microsoft collaboration.

This provides a huge user experience value, as users working with the platform can immersively connect and work with the platform, not just with a web browser or a design environment, but even while working with Microsoft Office and Windows Explorer.

Typically, the Collaboration For Microsoft is not a topic that is explored while doing a larger end-to-end demo of the platform. The video below demonstrates the capabilities of the ENOVIA Collaboration For Microsoft while working with MS Word. The same set of capabilities exist while working with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. This video can be used to understand collaboration capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform focused on document management, and also for training users on working with the platform from MS Office applications.
