We did several enablement sessions for North America, China, and Europe for Consultants and System Integrators on Engineering to Manufacturing (Non-Configured) Change Management. The session covered a scenario where we already have an existing product in the field that needs improvement. Based on this scenario, the training goes from creating an Issue and work through the changes from Engineering all the way to Manufacturing.

The training shows two flavors of changes. One is informal where we make changes without any change governance process. Another is a quick change process using the Change Action. The training also showcase a little of the Power'By capability. Attached is the step-by-step walk-through of the processes and the entire video of the training.
