Part Factory and Assembly Factory specific issues fixed for Inventor

SOLIDWORKS PDM (ETK)
Package Modifications:
- Single "bin" folder containing all binaries
- EDT license should now be stored in "EDAT_License" folder 
- Single config.xml file for all ETK components
- Single dbconfig.xml for all ETK components
 
Updated Migration Database:  
- Database Name Change
- Schema modified to contain more information for attempted imports (successful as well as failed)

File Based (FTK)
SolidWorks analyzer fix for large Assembly issue

Support provided for non-English characters:
- Filename
- Migration Database
