You can add custom attributes for Impact Analysis within a Change Request. This is especially useful when the default impact analysis metrics are not sufficient and you need additional attributes to assess change impact more precisely and make better-informed decisions.

How?

Your Administrator can add custom attributes using the Collaborative Space Configuration Center app, where new attributes can be created and deployed. Once done, these attributes become available in the Information panel of the Impact Analysis. You can also add these attributes to the widget, as columns, through the table view customization.
