One cool feature with R2016x is Collaborative Tasks to manage and keep track of personal tasks (so you don’t forget them), and share tasks with other 
people.
To access Collab Tasks drag n drop the widget into the 3DDashboard. It’s like a “to do” list, but since it is on the platform you can organize tasks by context (for instance, relate the task to a particular part) and attach associated items. You can search for an object to use as context and view all related tasks and their status. No more misplaced lists or forgotten tasks.
