The annual COE Experience and Technifair was held last week in San Diego. The event offered plenty of opportunity to learn more about ENOVIA directly from our brand experts. ENOVIA sessions included some amazing presentations on Program and Project management, Configuration and Change management, Quality management and IP management. In addition, there was a well-attended ENOVIA User Roundtable session with Roger Joyal Textron Aviation, Bob Deragisch Parker Hannifin Corp, Jim Strawn Textron Aviation, and Charles Marsh, Bell Helicopter. What drew a lot of interest during the week is the new CATIA V5 connection to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. There were several sessions on the topic, including a hands-on workshop attended by over 40 people. The participants learned first-hand how the connection reveals the platform capabilities to CATIA V5 users and enables discovery of additional design, simulation, manufacturing and other applications for use with CATIA V5 models.
