I'm struggling and I need help.

The migration from 3DSpace -> 3DDashBoard seems to be problematic.

• Poor performance in Google Chrome for 3DSpace IP Classification, I must use Firefox, it can take 10 minutes to show a Classification Attribute Group.

• Inconsistencies between 3DSpace – “IP Classification” and 3DDashBoard – “IP Classification Editor.”

   

  In fact I'm now using the Brave web browser seems to be much better.

   

It’s very clear based on the error messages that objects created in 3DSpace – “IP Classification” do not have the same data model as 3DDashBoard – “IP Classification Editor.” 

Otherwise, there should be no reason why I can’t use either App to Create, Remove, Update or Delete.

We did run Classification indexing.

Additionally, in 3DSpace we have one attribute group containing 2 attributes but in 3DDashboard I still see the attributes created in 3DSpace that I deleted. 

If I try to delete these, I get the following message, but they don’t exist in 3DSpace as clearly shown.

Why does the Classification count show a negative number?

Notice how “Cap” thinks there is a Classified Item (1) but notice that there are no attribute groups, classified items, or sub classes, and the only relation is the parental classification folder (class).

There should be no reason why I can’t delete this Classification Folder (Class), since I own it.
