I'm building Classification Library's, Folders and Attributes.

I was under the impression that these attributes are secondary to the attributes applied to the VPMReference and are NOT under change control.

You can see in my image the Classification Attributes I have created in the red box.  The only ones I can change the values of belong to the parts that are in-work.  I don't know if this is because of some business logic that has been poorly implemented on our side or this is OOTB behavior.

My need is to be able to classify already released data, move the objects from folder to folder based on classification add remove attributes when I want and change attribute data when I want regardless of the lifecycle state of the object.  Which I though was the essence of classification.

This is the error message i get i even tried to use only attributes that have the value of True for Editable  but this does not work either.
