What is the intended means to capture Builds and their relationships to the MBE engineering  objects specifically the physical product (not a part object).

User Case Scenario : As a configuration manager in an aviation organization, I need to be able to track the configurable product across the fleet of my aircraft and their associated information. I need to associate the builds to a physical product (not a part) to clearly understand it's relationship back the engineering definition, and report on the relationships from the opposite direction from the physical product to the build. And, when an engineering change occurs, I need to be able to identify the builds that the change will be impacting, and be able track the implementation of the change into those builds.

How do I achieve this?
