While installing 2023x GA Swym Index on a separate host, get the below error. Tried installing all components on teh same host and same error...
"An error occured at CloudView postinstall step. Please check de logs."
The KB is not very helpful as some other clients have complained of the same issue, but see no resolution. The license file exists in the required location, and the server that is the host can ping the license server. All ports are open on the host. Cloudview is a requirement before installing Swym Index and has been installed successfully on the host. Host has 75 GB free space. Any tips form someone who went through the same issue would help....
