3DCompass shows "An Error Occurred"

Problem Description/Question:

 When opening 3DSpace and trying to open the compass to access roles and apps, "An Error Occurred" error message is displayed and no apps or rules are shown. Kindly find a snapshot of the error in the attachments. 

Required information to reproduce or answer: 

- Kindly be informed that the license server has been changed to Hyper-V VM since 3 days and then rolled back to the old original physical server Yesterday, the license server is up and running and accessible from the 3DSpace server as well as the client machines. 

- The issue happened suddenly Yesterday despite none of the configurations has been changed. 

- The error is encountered by all users except "admin_platform", this user can access and open the compass normally.

 - Kindly note that the logged on user who face this problem (any user except admin_platform) cannot access the dashboard as well, please find the error in the attachments. 

Scenario: (steps to reproduce) mentioning the required Product(s) or App(s) in addition of the one set during SR creation : 

1) Open 3DEXPERIENCE 3DSpace (Collaboration and Approvals app opens normally).

 2) Try to open the compass to access roles and apps.

 3) The "An Error Occurred" error message is displayed.

 4) Try to open 3DDashboard using its URL, "Access is denied" error is encountered. Actual Result : "An Error Occurred" error message is displayed. Expected Result : Opening the Compass' apps and roles and apps normally.
