It's never too late!
My name is Łukasz Siwiec, and I’m based in Warsaw, Poland. I currently work at Visiativ Poland, where I focus on 3DEXPERIENCE, PLM and digital transformation, with a strong background in engineering and project management.
My professional journey started on the engineering side, working with mechanical design and CAD. Over the years, I moved through technical support, consulting, training and pre-sales roles, gradually becoming more involved in larger technology implementations and business transformation projects.
For more than 15 years, I have been working with engineering and 3DEXPERIENCE technologies, helping companies understand how digital tools can improve the way their teams design, collaborate and manage product development. This experience has given me the opportunity to work with both the technical and business sides of organizations — from engineers and designers to managers and decision-makers.
Today, I’m particularly interested in PLM, ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE and the practical side of digital transformation — especially how technology can translate into real improvements in processes and collaboration, rather than simply introducing another IT system.
I’m happy to join the ENOVIA User Community and look forward to learning from your experiences, sharing practical insights and connecting with other professionals working with PLM and product lifecycle management.
