In the session we will discuss two automation tools - Script and Macros. DraftSight Macros and scripts are one of the easiest ways to automate a process within DraftSight that will save time and effort and also increase efficiency of users. It allows users to run the combination of commands together that are used frequently and speed up the drawing ability. Users can create geometry, plot drawings, update geometry and so on with macros and scripts. We will demonstrate the process to develop command macros and script files for DraftSight.
