In order to access the system information on MAC OS, please see the following:

• Go to Applications > Utilities > System information (or System profiler)
• Go to File menu on desktop.
• Save as .xml or Export to Text.

Or

• Go to Apple Menu  > About this Mac > More Info > System Report.
• Go to File menu on desktop.
• Save as .xml or Export to Text.

This .xml or text file can be sent to us, which will help us in diagnosing the system specific issues.
