The functionality of drawing revision cloud has been introduced in DraftSight since  version V1R3.

The command: Cloud is used to create revision clouds in the drawings.  The cloud helps in marking the revision in the drawing or highlighting specific areas in the drawing.
The cloud command supports rectangular and elliptical shapes. In addition to these, the cloud can also be drawn in freehand form.

The revision cloud can be created as following:

• Type command: Cloud
• The command window will provide options as shown below:

• Select the type of cloud you would like to draw.
• Also, you can change the radius the of the arcs in the cloud by selecting the option Radius
• In order to change the cloud settings, select option Settings.

 Also, Cloud command can be accessed from Draw Toolbar.

The Cloud Settings can be controlled from the dialog box as shown:

The options such as Layer,  LineColor, LineStyle, LineWeight can be set as per requirement.

The Radius option helps in modifying the radius of arc of the cloud .

The radius also can be changed from properties window after selecting the cloud in the drawing.

In the SmartSelect, the Entity dialog box provides the Cloud as an option to select specific cloud entities in the drawing.
