RESOLVED - Issues activating DraftSight Professional have been reported since yesterday. We are aware of the problem and actively working on a quick resolution.
The error message is "Serial number not valid for this SOLIDWORKS version." We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for yor patience. Our Support Team has been working since yesterday on resolving the problem.
You may used the Report a problem button on the iQuestion page to alert us: include your DraftSight Professional Serial Number.

As of 3/3/2016 10:50 AM PST - The issue is resolved and should not happen from now on for users trying to activate their SN for the first time. We are currently working on fixing the problem for the users who experienced this error yesterday and today.
