DMA is a maturity assessment in which: 

• your technology is evaluated against defined maturity levels through a series of interviews and plant tour(s)
  
• the entire DELMIA scope (Collaborative operations with DELMIA 3DLean, industrial engineering with DELMIA Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing and operations with DELMIA Apriso, and Supply chain planning and optimization with DELMIA Quintiq and DELMIA Ortems) is covered
  
• the service can be provided both, onsite and online
  
• the service is provided around the globe in multiple languages and free of charge if conditions are met

To help identify the areas of improvement and prioritize initiatives, you will receive a readout containing: 

• technology maturity and findings
• recommendations
• possible roadmap
• saving levers and high-level financial impact if the required financial figures are provided

While DMA covers the entire DELMIA scope, we also have an assessment focused just on supply chain planning and optimization called “DELMIA Supply Chain Planning and Optimization Maturity Assessment” or “DELMIA SCPO MA” in short.

DELMIA SCPO MA is exactly the same as DMA except for the fact that it focuses only on supply chain planning and optimization covering all the planning layers; demand requirement planning (DRP), sales and operations planning (S&OP), master production scheduling (MPS), materials requirement planning (MRP), scheduling and dispatching.
